Welcome to Codreaming. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you:

Codreaming is a dream journaling and social discovery platform that allows you to:

  • Record and store your dreams
  • Receive AI-powered insights and interpretations
  • Discover dreams similar to yours from other users
  • Connect with other users who share similar dream experiences
  • Explore themes and patterns across your dream life

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Dreams

You retain ownership of the dreams and other content you create ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Display your dreams to other users for similarity matching (subject to your privacy settings)
  • Use your content to improve our AI models and algorithms (in anonymized form)

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Contains explicit sexual content involving minors
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
  • Impersonates another person

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

4.3 User Interactions

When communicating with other users, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and considerate
  • Not harass, bully, or intimidate others
  • Not share personal information of others without consent
  • Report any concerning behavior to us

5. Intellectual Property

  • Create derivative works based on the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide dream interpretations, clarifying questions, and other insights. You understand that:

  • AI-generated content is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only
  • AI interpretations are not medical, psychological, or professional advice
  • The accuracy of AI-generated content is not guaranteed
  • You should consult qualified professionals for mental health concerns

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODREAMING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Actions of other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

  • Your User Content
